[TrunkCom] Western Wayne County, Mi TRS

Hi everyone.  Yesterday at a football game at the school district where my
mother works I ran into a Dearborn Hights Police Officer, and we were
talking about the Western Wayne County TRS.  According to the officer who
I spoke to the system is not working well, and it is hard getting a signal
out from the high school, and I would imagine other schools in the city.
We will have to see how well the new tower works once the new Dearborn
Hights PD isbuilt some time next year.Also, from what little time I was
able to monitor from the officer's radio it looks like they are first
dispatching runs over the MDCS, and then just vrifying the officers have
recrived them.  Am not sure if they encrypt once the new scanners come out
or not.
