  I forgot to mention yesterday, that there are 3 quarterly MPSCS bulletins
available as pdf files (Adobe Acrobat) at the following location:

  The Summer 2002 bulletin has mention of the upcoming Uniden digital
scanners.

  Also, there are pdf files of the Astro 25 6.0 implementation plan on the
http://www.mpscs.com/html/what_s_new_.html link I listed in the previous
email.
