My question is is there a way to scan both Banks under trunking mode? I am in the process of purchasing a Pro-93 scanner and I already know this model has this feature where I can scan more than one bank, but I am not sure about the Pro-2050 model, any help will be helpful,Thanks!!

I do not know a single thing about the PRO-2050, but I have never heard or read of a trunking scanner which limited you to trunking in only one bank.

I have a PRO-93 (and a BC245XLT), and they do allow trunking in any number of bands, as well as additional, conventional, frequencies in the same band as you have a trunked system. In addition, it is possible to put any number of trunked systems (of the same type or different types) in a single bank so long as you do NOT try to monitor more than one at a time. Whichever control channel the scanner reaches first will control which system is scanned. All will need to be locked out except the one you want, so using different banks is usually better. Also, remember that for most Motorola trunked systems which use only one, fixed control channel, all you need to enter is that one channel. The other 29 slots in that bank are open for other systems or channels.

When you get the PRO-93, when you first turn it on and see the "Welcome" screen, press "3" to see the firmware version. 1.01 and 1.03 are OK; 1.00 should be avoided, or returned to Radio Shack for a free fix of bugs.

Finally, the next thing to do is visit the freeware site of the greatest program imaginable for typing in frequencies and alpha tags on the computer (instead of pushing tiny scanner buttons) and uploading setups to the scanner, and downloading any changes, or from other PRO-93s. You can have a limitless number of entirely different scanner setups stored on your computer, and just change them before you travel, if you ever have to reset the scanner, etc. Remember, it's free (and I am a daily user, with NO connection to the program or its author). Perhaps we'll see you on the Yahoo! group, too:
