[TrunkCom] Ft. Leonard Wood, MO

Can anyone confirm if
Ft. Leonard Wood near Waynesville, Missouri
is using a federal trunk system?

Several weeks ago traveling to and from
vacation in Joplin, MO I did a 400 MHz search
while going by on Interstate 44. I found five active
400 MHz frequencies including a control channel.
It sounded like Motorola data, and I seemed to
lock on on the way to, but heading back the
other way a week later I could not lock on to it.

Here is what I found:

407.3625    voice
408.1625    voice
409.2375    voice
