No, DPD is awaiting the arrival of some additional equipment and the microwave
equipment needed to link both tower sites together.  They are currently
installing the Belle Isle site, but I have no idea how far along they are with

Yes, look for a lot of activity on the old 453 MHz channels and the old
Detroit City TRS.

The only DES I have heard on the old TRS is the Internal Affairs Division.
They would use it on occasion but not all that often.  I really don't monitor
the old TRS enough to keep up with it anymore.
