Two parts of the same system. The SmartZone portions of an OmniLink
system can only have a maximum of 48 sites. Ohio will likely have 3
system IDs as part of the statewide system.

Yes to both. You will only hear a talkgroup on a particular site as long
as a user radio is affiliated with that site.

Yes and no. Talkgroups can be set up to affiliate with only specific
sites, so it's possible (although not likely) that you'll find a
talkgroup being used by different agencies in different parts of the state.

3600 baud digital for now. Don't know if it will be changed to 9600 baud

Probably not for OSU, thgey will stay on their own system. Other state
universities there's no telling at this time.
