It gives the only info I have seen about the STRICOM US Military Tetrapol 
trunked system operating in the Western US. It is interesting that it uses 
the 380 - 400 MHz band that is used for Tetra & Tetrapol comms in Europe.
You won't be able to monitor this one on a new Uniden scanner as not 
only is it not APCO25 but it uses end to end encryption and was designed
by the French with comms security in mind.
