FYI - Phila fire went all 800 Mhz digital trunked this morning with a
cross-patch to the old VHF freqs still in place at this moment for the 4
dispatch bands.  All units are operating on the 800 side from apparatus
radios or HT's.  Dispatches include TAC TG assignments now.  The 6 TAC
TG's as well as rescue, hazmat and PHL CFR TG's are all coming up
encrypted according to Trunker software. Unsure how the 9 TAC's are
going to be used yet, since they are assigning them even for routine
medical assignments and not just fireground operations.
