WAKE UP JEFF....the 250D manual on the FCC site is a DRAFT copy. A draft
copy is an initial version of tha manual, not the final version.  This
issue keeps coming up and the answer is the same, the new scanners WILL
have 9600 baud capability.  Relax, you will be able to monitor the state
of Michigan.  Stop worrying.
