[TrunkCom] New TT4 Scanner lists

News about the next generation TT4 is already starting to show up in
places even before the TT3s hit the streets! M/A-Com's trunked systems
will reportedly be supported as well as 9600 baud P25 systems! For those
interested in discussing these new scanners (that are still in the
design stage), it would be great to discuss what is planned. Maybe such
a discussion would help Uniden understand what we want.
