I have the following frequencies programmed in to my
Pro-92B:
935.6500
936.9625
937.4000
937.5000
938.1625
939.1875
They are for the local Transit Agency from
Site/Repeater 2

The question is this:  What is the difference between
a site and a repeater?

Also, why does my scanner, sometimes flash:
" All Channels Are Locked Out ".  That ain't true.
Only channels 900, and 907 - 949 are Locked Out.
