[TrunkCom] Radio Signal Direction Finder

If you are a public safety or local government agency, I would ask the 
assistance of the local ham radio club.

Many radio hobbyists are actively involved in transmitter hunting as sideline 
of their amateur radio activity.  They often have both the experience and the 
equipment.  You may even find a local ham who owns software for identifying 
and recording the transmitter characteristics unique to each radio ... useful 
if you want to prosecute someone.

As a sideline, I would provide information about the radio to the local radio 
service shops, in case the person posessing the radio tries to get it 
reprogrammed, or seeks to buy accessories for it.
