Furthermore, just because the FCC Database is showing licenses
for 800MHz  under trunking  radio services does not mean there is
a system in place. Case in point is Shelby County, Ohio which has
been holding licenses for years for  five 800 MHz frequencies that
have yet to be used. Shelby County has not been able to come up
with money for a trunked system, nor does it look like they will in the
near future.

I noticed it is also listed as a system on trunkedradio.net, it should
also be removed from the page.
