I was wondering why the one that mentions University
Circle would say pending an A.T.&T. license. What
would A.T.&T. have to do with trunking? Is that for
their service vechiles or for U.C. P.D.? I am
surpised that since U.C. resides within the
boundarioes of Cleveland that they would not switch
over to the 850 - 855 Clevelan Water Department T.R.S.
used by all of Cleveland.
Unless of course they found out that their is going to
be a new Digital radio scanner on the market and this
is some type of bizzare cell phone trunking scheme.
