[TrunkCom] SD VHF TRS?????

I tried to find licensed freqs for the South Dakota VHF TRS on the FCC
website but came up empty handed. Anyone have any info? 

I did see that EF Johnson got a $3M contract to supply radios for the
system. And apparently South Dakota got $7M from the Feds in 2000 or
2001 to build the system. 

And the Yankton SD newspaper had a couple articles in early 2002 stating
that the system was under construction in the Rapid City area.
