Greetings Jerry,
      My personal driving experiences have shown this to be true.
There is a Mix-TRS up in the Champaign-Urbana area of Illinois.
The Public Safety Type II Talkgroups are in Block #7.  The Type
I Business Talkgroups are in the Block #1-#6.
