[TrunkCom] Detroit Public Schools trunked and conventional frequency situation

Good afternoon everyone.  Lately in conjunction with the  conventional
856.1375 freq used by the Detroit Public Schools I have been hearing what
sounds like a Motorola go a head tone when they first start to
transmit.  I  know that once in a while they have made reference to a
trunked radio, but I haven't been able to find any information on this
anywhere.  I'm also just hearing one side of the conversations and no
activity on UHF.  Any information on what may be going on would be
appreciated, and thanks in advance.
