Greetings All,
My online BC-245XLT Trunk Scanner is really turning
into quite a success. In fact, there are so many listeners
at times, I believe its maxing out my UPLOAD bandwidth
for my DSL connection. Right now I have 3 listeners, with
4 listeners at times.

My DSL Upload is: 128K. Right now Bandwidth Meter
shows a sustained upload stream of 74K. Each user
uses alittle over 20K. So if you experience probelms
with connecting to me thru:

www.shoutcast.com

www.scannerlink.com

or any web page that directs to it via WINAMP, try
connecting to my scanner thru: www.live365.com

http://www.live365.com/stations/274933

Live365 uses a High Bandwidth Repeater to stream
my broadcast to listeners. It can support many, many
listeners that my DSL connection is not capable of.

I think the recent popularity might be due in part to
a TV program that aired on TechTV (Ch354 on
Direct TV).

They were talking about Radio Scanners, and briefly
disclosed info on how to tune in to Live Streaming
Online Radio Scanners. Ever since it aired (I caught
it on air), my audience for my Live Scanner has incresed
dramatically. And is about to overwhelm my DSL
Upload stream. So, if you are a regular listener to my
Live St Louis Radio Scanner, then please consider tuning
in thru the live365.com stream.

Once again, for my live Radio Scanner thru live365.com
tune into this URL:
