That would be S W E E T if they upgraded.  Then I would be able to listen =
like I used to listen when they used to be in the 460 Meg range.
I really hope that they do.  Especially since the whole state, well at =
least OHIO angencies will be going to the MARCS P-25 radio project.

Cleveland and Memphis TN are both VSELP cities.  Cleveland is rumored to
be looking at APCO-25 upgrades... There are just a few others... Very
rare.  The last large user to upgrade was the State of FL. =20
