[TrunkCom] new 400 MHz trunked system for Lansing Michigan area?

Hi everyone, on another list yesterday someone posted that Lansing Fire is
going to be leaving the Michigan State Police's digital trunked system for
a new county wide 400 MHz system in the next couple of years.  I know that
in addition to coverage issues the Lansing Fire  Department didn't like the
digital audio quality.  I don't know what the make of this new system will
be, nor do I know  if it will be digital or analogue  Does anyone else have
any more information on this or any other system that will be coming on
that is 400 MHz like the one that Ingham County, and Lansing is supposed
to be getting?  Any information would be appreciated, and thanks in
advance.
