[TrunkCom] Ride along in District 2

Greetings All,
         This evening, I will be riding along in a Police Car 
Friday (Afternoon Watch) 3:00pm-11:00pm.  For those of
you listening in St Louis,Missouri.  I will be riding along with
a District 2 Police Car.  Sometime around 3:00pm, you might
hear a District 2 Police Car say on-air:

- 'Extra DSN in the car is:  5941'.

DSN stands for:  Department Serial Number.  
My Police DSN is:  5941
If you hear this on your TrunkTracker, then you will know
which District 2 Police Car I am riding in.

I have to report to South Patrol by 2:45pm, for Role Call.
South Patrol is also known as Area I.  Its at Arsenal &
Sublette.  

I work in Communications, but several times a year the
police dept does a 'Manpower Exchange' program.  This
program allows for 911 & Dispatchers to ride along with
the Officers, to get a taste of life on the  'Beat'.

Also.....
I apoligize to those who might have been monitoring my
Online Trunktracker scanner.  Last night (Thursday), a 
large section of St Louis's south side of town, experienced
a black-out.  It covered a huge section of the SW portion of
the city.  Including:

- Dogtown
- The Hill
- Southtown
- St Louis Hills
- North & South Hampton

Basically most of the city located west of Kingshighway.
And south of Forest Park.  

I was at work when it happened, and could not do anything
about it til I got home.  So if you happened to been monitoring
my live online scanner, sorry...  

I invite you to tune into the St Louis City Police TRS ; try to
figure what District 2 police car I will be riding in.  Remember,
my DSN is:  5941
