[TrunkCom] Savannah SMR Updates

I have updated the files on the Savannah and Coastal Georgia
Scanning and Monitoring site for the Savannah SMRs #1 and 
#2.  These can be found by going to the site at:
http://mywebpages.comcast.net/kf4lmt/
and following the Trunked System Information link.  There are
some new talkgroups and some firmed up TG IDs for SMR #2.
Additionally, the fleet map for SMR #1 seems to be figured out
now, so the IDs we know are now listed, the rest will have to be
"re-figured" out.  I'd like to thank James Brummett for TG IDs and
confirmation on the fleet map for SMR #1.
