I have noticed that one DOES NOT need to program all
the frequencies for an L.T.R. T.R.S. and you can still
get the whole converssation ( QSO ).  So it would seem
that L.T.R. Talk Groups are assigned to specific
Frequenciee/Logic Channel Numbers.  

Sometimes a dispachter will have a different T.G. then

the mobile units will. 

Also, mobile units will, at times be assigned Talk
Groups specific to that mobile unit but they can still
talk to the dispatcher and vice-a-versa.

Can Talk Groups from one LOgic Channel
Number/Frequency
talk to Talk Groups on other Logic Channel Numbers
/ frequencies?
