Assuming you are in the U.S., add these values to get the output
frequency:
- 800-MHz = add 45 MHz
- 900-MHz = add 39 MHz
- UHF 450-470 = add 5 MHz
- UHF "T" 470-512 = add 3 MHz
- VHF = various
Other countries can use different values, although from what I have seen
in Canada and parts of Asia they generally stick to this plan.
