[TrunkCom] Online scanner requests

Greetings All,
        I've got many requests on how to operate an online scanner
using the lower bit-rates.  Mainly below 24Kbps.  So, I created a
page just for that.  

* NOTE * The instructions are NOT detailed. I am only providing
               a brief summary of how to do it.  It is a project, and 
               will require you to pull up your sleeves, and get your 
               hands wet.  My page does show you where to get all
               of the needed files.  But you will be required to
               change the options under the various preference        
               menus, to suite your needs.
