[TrunkCom] Re: <800band> gag orders on PA's progress?

Got me, I was told taht people from the state were not allowed to talk
about the progress, because I guess they are so far behind, and what
little bit they have donee is not working well.  I think that from what it
sounds like the order came from the governor himself.
