Well, that is not what I am referring to.  If any you haven't had a chance
to yet try and pay attention to the audio quality on a digital APCO-25
radio.  It will sound muffled but won't have static at all.  It is really
something.  With digital the signal is either there or it isn't, but I'm
not sure about other forms of digital other then IMB or Nextel of course.
