Well that it the case now, since the system is NOT a busy as it used 
to be.
So if a conversation starts on 852.7875, to will go to 853.7875, then 
to 854.7875, all the way up to LCN 10 ( 854.8125 ),
if neccessary.  Naturally it will skip over the LCN that is occupied 
by the CONTROLLER.

Thanks it works great.  The trick, it looks, was the group the 
frequencies by the suffixes or the numbers afte the decimal p[lace in 
each frequency:

852.7875
853.7875
854.7875
855.7875
853.7625
854.7625
855.7625
853.8375
854.8375
854.8125

That set up wroks just great.
