State of Florida, yes. Palm Beach County, no. It was the release about
PALM BEACH COUNTY getting an OpenSky system that is not correct. His
response confirms what we already knew, that the state is replacing the
Motorola Astro system with MA/COM's EDACS system.

Go to http://www.opensky.com/news.asp#macom7, this is the release I am
talking about, the one that says:

"Tyco Electronics today announced that its M/A-COM unit has been selected
by Florida's Municipal Public Safety Communications Consortium, Inc.
("MPSCC") of Palm Beach County, to provide its OpenSky Wireless IP
(Internet Protocol) Network to fulfill public safety communication
needs."

This release is not true. Palm Beach County just completed a Motorola
Astro SmartZone 10-site system. PBC itself has said the MA/COM deal with
their county is dead.
