Only 3 minutes to dump the codeplug into the radio, but only after you
have entered all of the systems, talkgroups, Zones, etc. which can take
MUCH longer.

Wow, my non-flash upgradeable scanner only requires me to press the "."
twice to clear an error.  And I don't even need a computer to fix the
error, or the help of a radio technician.

Since when does CE run DOS programs?  Are you running Lab on a palmtop
(that I would like to see).
