Unless things have **changed recently**:

1) Nashville is ALL Astro Digital
2) Nashville is *NOT* using APCO25 or the IMBE Vocoder but using the 
ASTRO VSLEP P-16 Motorola Proprietary Vocoder.

Thus the new APCO-25 scanner will NOT monitor this system unless they 
have upgraded to P-25 stanards.

Same goes for Cleveland OH. Astro using VSLEP not P-25/IMBE.
