[TrunkCom] My online scanner

Greetings all,
       Those of you that frequent my online scanner may have 
noticed a few changes.  I am now scanning South Patrol:

- Districts 1 & 2 talkgroup (57360)
- District 3 talkgroup         (57392)

and including an 'ID Search' of all of the Misc Talkgroups.
Right now the 'Street Dept' - 60112 is a hot one due to our
snow.  It will 'Search' thru the bunch of  'MISC ' Talkgroups.

Only the 'North Patrol' / 'Central Patrol' Dispatching 
& 'INFO'  talkgroups are locked out at this time.  

And it is a 245xlt, so I added two conventional freqs too:

- 154.130 -- City Fire Dept Dispatch (simplex)
- 155.175 -- City EMS (repeater)
