[TrunkCom] 450 and 460 trunked systems in Detroit area

Sure, I have to breeak myself of automatically assuming that when a
trunked system is mentioned that it is confined to 800 or 900 MHz.  There
are LTR Motorola and EDACS systems on other bands like 400, and here in
the Detroit area from what I was told and from some there on teh list
Nextel is eating up 900 MHz gradually like they are 800 MHz.
