EDACS, is also known as GE/Ericsson, and it is NOT compatabile with the PRO-91, which only does Motorola. the PRO-91 won't do Oakland, but should do Alameda
County, which is Motorola.

EDACS stands for "Enhanced Digital Access Communications System".
