[TrunkCom] NJ Corrections Dept Talkgroup

Over the weekend in Howell Township, NJ  there was a search for an escapee 
from state parole officers.  While most traffic was on the Howell PD 
primary frequency (155.7), the parole officers were using talkgroup 36864 
on System C for updates to their HQ.  I have not seen this group listed in 
any NJSP system reference.  I should also add that all other Corrections 
Department talkgroups were broadcasting only routine traffic.
