Sac Int'l is patrolled by the Sheriffs office and is on the County Trunked 
system... The ID is 8368

There is also the Airport Control (Ramp Control) who run the security in the 
SIDA (back of the airport) and they're also on the trunked system - ID 10704

Additionally, there are the traffic guys that stand out front and tell you to 
move your car... their ID is 10512
