[TrunkCom] NF2G Trunking updates

The NF2G Scannist Pages have been updated with new downloadable MTrunker
files for the Albany (BB37 and CC2F) and Colonie (2A06) Motorola systems.  I
have also put ETrunker files online for the GE Brunswick and City of Troy
EDACS systems.

The only other updates are of frequencies and unit numbers in Albany County.
