[TrunkCom] Old Detroit City TRS

Hello Everyone:

Currently the city of Detroit is planning to change the emission modes 
to their old TRS in the 851-855 MHz areas from 20K0F3E.  The new FCC 
emission modes are:

   1. 15K0F2D
   2. 16K0F3E
   3. 16K0F9W

Anyone have any comments on what they might be up to?
