The software there will allow you to program your radio via computer.
There is also a lot of info on how to build or where to buy a program cable.
I highly recommend, however, reading the manual several times and
programming at least one bank that way so that you will know how to
program you radio and use the basic features. This is what I did with my
Pro-92, which is a bit trickier than the Pro-95 account the added features.
