Jeff;
No one on the list knows anything other than what has appeared in news
releases and the downloadable manual. If a few with ties to Uniden do
have inside information, they are under specific orders from Uniden not
to discuss it. For obvious reasons, information regarding new or
upcoming features, as well as the true status of impending products, is
kept very quiet by Uniden. Anything anyone might say at this time is
purely speculation.
It's best not to go digging too deeply and assuming too much on new
features in order to avoid getting hooked by a rumor and getting your
hopes up. We'll all have to wait until the new scanners are available
and features for future models are announced by the Uniden PR people.
