[TrunkCom] cost of upgrading control channels from 3600 to 9600?

Hi everyone.  I have heard now that here in Michigan the state is trying
to talk places with APCO-25 3600 BAUD systems to upgrading to 9600 BAUD.
I don't know when this will happen, but at least here in Grosse Pointe
nobody knows anything about a proposed 9600 upgrade, and I don't know when
we will be doing that.  All I know is that Wayne County has a lot of older
800 MHz equipment that won't do either 9600 or digital with 3600 that
needs to be replaced.  Like I said how much will it cost for someone to
upgrade from 3600 to 9600?  Iknow that for down river and Western Wayne
County they have  analogue talk groups for the county, and Detroit's
system move to 9600 is up in the air now becauseof the fire department's
wanting to stay analogue and possibly analogue trunked.
