[TrunkCom] AEGIS and Pro-voice equipment and programming

I have heard that people have programmed Motorola systems without keys
successfully.  That brings me to my next question.  Would a Motorola radio
that can track 9600 BAUD be able to track 3600 BAUD, or doesit have to be
one or the other?
