Well, I guess I'll add to the rumor mill too! :)

>From what I have been told (by a RS employee) Radio Shack
will not get their own version of the BC785D/BC250D, but
will offer _THE_ Uniden BC785D/BC250D scanner (and I assume
the BCi25D APCO25 decoder card) through the Radio Shack
Unlimited (RSU) distribution system. It will not be
available in the stores.
