in short.  Nope.  It'll be a long time before 700 get popular anyway.  Most 
dept's, at least in CT, still rely on the disp to relay from town to town via 
phone or radio.  They have the capability especially with county fire, but no 
one remembers to use it and they get on scene and you know what.
