[TrunkCom] Oakland, CA EDACS is Analog, not Digital

Greetings fellow list members,

I have been researching the Oakland, CA EDACS TRS and was initially 
told that it was digital modulation, but have since learned that it 
is in fact an analog system. It has been suggested that it was a "Pro 
voice" digital. I posted queries on bayscan@yahoogroups and they 
cleared that question up quickly. Also I was directed to Lindsey 
Blanton's excellent Trunked Radio Information Homepage at: 
http://www.trunkedradio.net/  (with which most of you are familiar, 
I'm sure) and that confirmed it. Anyway, it was also suggested that I 
post this information here (thanks Shawn!).
