Greetings All,
The St Louis City Online Radio Scanner has been
experiencing numerous power outages in the last 4 days.
Electric demands have been sky-high here in St Louis, Mo.

Daily Temps at 100*F. Heat Indexes up in the 110-115*F
range. Its possible this trend will continue. For St Louis,
this is normal for the High-Heat & Ultra -High Humidity in
August. I will admit the power outages are usually rare in
this part of the City of St Louis. So I'm sorry if the online
radio scanner becomes 'Unavailable' at times.

Most St Louisians will say, its the High-Humidity that
sucks here. I would agree. Just a normal August, in St
Louis. Some will say otherwise, but they are the ones
from out of town ; and not familiar with our oppressive
summer weather. For us that have lived here all of our
lives, we know it as just an average month of August.

So, if you live in Missouri or Illinois, just use alittle
common sense when outdoors. 73....
