Greetings Jeff,
       We have one single user of VSLEP here in St Louis, Missouri.
Its the Ladue Police Dept.  Ladue is one of St Louis's richest
Communities.  We call it the 'Rich Central Cooridor' of St Louis 
County.  Ladue is on 453.500R

I have entered it into my online BC-245XLT Scanner.  If you'd like
