To further clarify, the band divisions would essentially look like this:

CURRENT

806-821 / 851-866 have a mix of Nextel, business, and Public Safety
821-823 / 866-869 is for Public Safety use exclusively

NEXTEL PROPOSAL

794-816 / 851-861 Public Safety only
861-869 All Nextel only

There is an excellent graphic at
http://www.911dispatch.com/information/nextel/nextel_plan.html that shows
the proposal.
