NexTel wants Public Service to move to 700mhz,
so NexTel can take over the existing 800mhz PSBand..

You'll NEVER be able to legally monitor NexTel, and no one really knows
what will happen with scanners if there is a major realignment of freqs,
though it's likely that new scanners will be made.
