Dear Potential ChristMASS Brass 2019 Participant:



We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the *5th
Annual Alfonso Jerome Kimbrough Memorial ChristMASS Brass.* The event will
be held on *Saturday, December 14, 2019,* at Conlon Hall, 19 N. Williams
Street, Bergenfield, NJ.



12:30 pm                   Registration/Check-in

1:30 pm                     Rehearsal

3:00 pm                     Doors open to the public

4:00 pm                     Performance



To register for the 2019 ChristMASS Brass, please reply to this email and
send us your information for the following:

*We can accept payment via PayPal now or on the day of the event.*



*If you would like to pay in advance via PayPal, follow the steps below:*

1.    Login to your PayPal account

2.    To the right of your balance, is a button "SEND", select that button

3.    Enter the following email address exactly: rreljr at aol.com

*4.    *Enter your donation amount - $10.00 per player is requested
 -- *over 10 people in a group? Your max donation in $100 for the group*

5.    Select Continue

6.    You will then select your payment method

7.    Then hit "send payments now"

8.    You are all done.



*If you are paying at door:* On the day of the event, we prefer cash but
will accept checks. We will not have the ability to accept credit card
payments.



Last year, due to the generosity or the participants and the audience, we
were able to raise $1000 as a donation to the local food pantries and many
bags of food. We are hoping to raise at least $1 dollar more than last year
and additionally, we would like to have enough to send one needy Scout to
Summer Camp 2020.



*Please share this communication with additional potential NEW players for
this year!  Once you are registered, more details and all sheet music will
be sent out about November 1st.*
